WHY HEMP TEA?

Unlike other varieties of the Cannabis sativa plant, hemp has no psychoactive components. Rather, its seeds are similar to nuts and are filled with tons of nutrients – omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids, high-quality plant-based protein, vitamin E, phosphorous, potassium, sodium, magnesium, sulphur, calcium, iron, and zinc! BREWING GUIDE:
1. Bring One cup of water to a boil.
2. Pour on 1tsp/2g or 1 Bag of Tea
3. Brew for 5-7 minutes
4. Strain and enjoy ( reuse for cup 2)
