Yes, you’ll be getting a big protein boost by throwing a scoop into your smoothie anytime during the day – what’s great is that it keeps you feeling ‘full’ without the bloating – which is often the case after drinking artificial/non-plant based protein powders. We do recommend you blend this protein powder in a blender or mixie, as it gives it more depth.

Our favourite way to use the protein is in smoothies and raw energy balls, but it’s also great for any type of baking – from cupcakes and pancakes to banana bread. Just replace a little of the flour with the protein powder and you’re good to go. Who said being healthy had to be hard?
