Cancellation & Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS

In case you wish to cancel your order after it has been made, there will be a 11% cancellation charge. You can cancel your order by sending us an email to support@bhangwale.com within 72hrs of placing the order.

In case the order is delayed due to the non-availability of products at the manufacturers end, you are entitled to cancel the order at an 11% cancellation charge. Alternatively, you can choose to convert the billed amount into store credit for future orders.

In the case of overseas sellers, the cancellations can be made only before the items have been shipped. Any cancellations after the items have been shipped will be refused.

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy. We cannot offer a refund or exchange after 14 days post the purchase date (both days added). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several of our products are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as edibles, grooming products cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods. We also do not refund the gift coupons or cards.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

We only “exchange” products/items which are defective or damaged. In case an item is exchanged for the same type of another product, please send us an email to support@bhangwale.com and send your product to 3B-58A, HIGHLAND CORPORATE CENTRE, KAPURBAWDI JUNCTION, THANE WEST 400607. MAHARASHTRA, INDIA.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer since the seller & manufacturer may be different.

We will send you a confirmation mail after receipt and inspection of your returned item.

We notify you about decision to return or refund in the same or separate communication.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be executed to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase in a reasonable time frame.

In case you do not get information of the refund from us

  1. Check your bank account for any reversal of charge.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you must mail your product to the respective seller directly. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over INR 5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
